What this version provides
AudiobookCraft is a free document to audiobook tool. It accepts text-based, single-column PDFs, reflowable EPUBs, Markdown and plain-text files (or pasted text) and produces MP3 files, or M4B files with chapters. English and Chinese narration are available. Selecting a narration language does not translate the document. Scanned pages use OCR and two-column pages are reordered; complex-layout narration is best effort and charts are not described.
PDFs and EPUBs must be within 20 MiB; PDFs within 100 pages; Markdown and TXT files within 5 MiB; every document within 200,000 characters. Tasks may queue, fail or require retry. Availability and completion times are not guaranteed. The site does not currently take payments.
Your documents and rights
Upload only documents you own or have permission to convert and process with the services described in our Privacy Policy. Converting a file does not grant copyright, distribution or commercial-use rights. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, abusive automation or attempts to access another person's documents or account.
Check before relying on narration
Review the document check and listen to the preview before creating a full audiobook. Extraction and layout detection are best effort: headers, footers, footnotes and reading order can be imperfect. Scanned pages may have no readable text; images, tables and charts are not described. A body-text-only option includes extracted text, not an interpretation of visual content. Audio is not a substitute for checking the source when accuracy matters.
Sign-in, email and access
Google sign-in protects private previews and full conversions. Delivery email is sent to the Google account used for the task. We do not offer an alternative recipient field. A successful send means the mail provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox placement.
Download access lasts 24 hours from first readiness. Resending email does not extend access. Download and keep your own copy within this period. Access expiry does not delete stored data, and permanent storage or recovery is not promised. File deletion is not available as a self-service feature in this version.
Service changes
Features and limits may change as the service develops. Review the current page and these terms before using the tool. These usage notes do not override any rights or obligations that apply under applicable law.
